About Mario A. Sexton, PTA

Mario has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 12 years. He started as a rehab tech and worked through PTA school at Keiser University where he graduated with an Associates in Science and began his career in Outpatient Orthopaedic Rehab. He transitioned to Home Health and later into Skilled Nursing Care, where he practiced with a diverse and creative team to develop a unique approach to physical therapy care. Outside of his physical therapy roles, he is an avid martial artist of 22 years in the art of Capoeira and coaches boxing and kickboxing regularly. He is excited and honored to be a part of the Sugar Orthopaedics team and looks forward to working with and getting to know you.
